CUBIC SKY
About
Cubic Sky is a sculptural, full-ceiling chandelier created using individual, custom-made light boxes. Each light box is capable of creating a wide range of color and brightness individually and all are networked together and controlled with a custom tablet-based control panel interface.
Fifth Class Designs built and installed the DMX control box for the Cubic Sky installation at Cactus’ headquarters in Brooklyn, NY. The control box contains three 24-channel DMX encoders that receive ArtNet DMX data over ethernet and power the custom light boxes.
